Charlotte Gibson

Charlotte Gibson currently serves as the Global People Operations Director at Lloyd's Register, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Charlotte was the People Change Lead at Lloyd’s from January 2021 to January 2023 and served as the Head of HR, Operations and Future at Lloyd's. Charlotte's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as HR Director at Dentsu Aegis Network and various positions within PA Consulting Group, including Global HR Projects and MI Manager. Charlotte holds a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences from the University of Southampton and completed education at Beaconsfield Grammar School for Girls.
