Fred Karres

Fred Karres has extensive experience in sales and consulting across diverse industries, with a focus on technology and engineering solutions. At Lloyd's Register, Fred served as Head of Global Enterprise Account Sales and Head of Sales Americas for Digital Products, spearheading innovative software solutions across several sectors. Prior to this, Fred held various leadership roles at Ericsson, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and driving ICT solutions. Earlier career highlights include directorship roles at Kronos and Hewlett-Packard, where Fred managed multi-million dollar practices and achieved significant sales growth. Fred co-founded TSI Systems, successfully negotiating its sale, and contributed to business operations at Raytheon and Hughes Aircraft Company. Fred holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
