Gareth H-Carter FCIPD, MAPM, currently serves as the Global HR Director and Deputy Chief People Officer at Lloyd's Register, where responsibilities include co-creating and delivering the global people strategy for 4,000 colleagues across 80 countries. Prior to this role, Gareth held multiple positions at Deloitte from July 2019 to January 2023, including HR Director for People and Operational Effectiveness, HR Chief of Staff, and Senior HR Business Partner for Tax & Legal.
