Mark Bracey

Mark Bracey has extensive experience in business improvement and change management, currently serving as Business Lead for Organisation Design and Continuous Improvement Director at Lloyd's Register since October 2008. In this role, Mark has successfully implemented a new operating model, led a team of project managers, and managed a global change management initiative impacting approximately 1,500 colleagues. Mark's previous roles include Change Manager for SAP Implementation and Master Black Belt at Alstom Power, where significant improvements in strategic planning and process management were achieved. Earlier experience at ITT Industries involved marketing and sales management, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt responsibilities, emphasizing a strong background in process improvement and operational excellence. Mark holds a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and a BSc in Geology, along with professional memberships from relevant industry organizations.
