Matthew Tillman

Matthew Tillman possesses extensive experience in the maritime and offshore sectors, currently serving as the Global Statutory Discipline & Product Certification Manager at Lloyd's Register since March 2012. Prior roles at the organization include Area TSO Manager for UK&I Marine & Offshore, Manager of UK&I Offshore & Statutory TSO Teams, and Deputy Manager Operations, among others, demonstrating a progression of responsibility in performing complex assessments and overseeing service delivery within budget constraints. Prior to joining Lloyd's Register, Matthew Tillman worked as a Third Officer (Engineer) for the Royal Fleet Auxiliary. Matthew Tillman holds a BEng in Marine Technology from the University of Plymouth and an HND in Marine Engineering from Warsash Maritime Centre. Education also includes multiple GCSE qualifications from Royal Manor School.
