Jani Lilja

Jani Lilja has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jani started their career as a Consultant at Addwise Oy in 1996, where they worked until 1997. Jani then joined Tieturi as a Development Manager, leading the development of a market-leading product called Kameleon until 2005. During their time at Tieturi, Jani also worked as a Consultant and Project Manager on various successful Kameleon customer projects.

In 2005, Jani joined Software Innovation Finland Oy as a Consultant and stayed with the company until 2007. Jani then moved to Affecto Finland Oy, where they held the role of Consultant in Business Intelligence from 2007 to 2009. After that, they were promoted to the position of Senior Consultant, Enterprise Information Management at Affecto, where they worked until 2014.

In 2014, Jani joined Someco Oy and served as a Senior Consultant and Team Leader from July 2014 to May 2019. During their time at Someco Oy, they were also given the role of Chief Happiness Officer from May 2016 to May 2019.

Currently, Jani is employed at LM Someco as the Chief Happiness Officer since May 2019, where they play a critical role in providing strategic creative design and communication solutions, technological abilities, and social media expertise to build memorable brands and effectively engage target audiences.

Jani Lilja attended Raision AKK from 1998 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Datanomi with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from the Project Management Institute, Coaching and Developing Employees from HRCI, Slack Connect from Slack, Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) from Linkedin Learning, Sprout Social Certified Professional from Sprout Social, Inc., ITIL® V3 Service Offerings and Agreements from SCG Finland Oy, Certified Process Professional, Levels 1-3 from BP Group, ITIL® v3 Foundation from Materna Information & Communications SE, and Scrum Master from Reaktor.
