Barbara Pozdorovkina

Barbara Pozdorovkina is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate strategy, development, and marketing. Since February 2012, Barbara has held various senior positions at LMAX Group, including Chief Growth Officer and Director of Corporate Development and Marketing, where key responsibilities encompass corporate growth strategy execution and brand management. Prior to LMAX Group, Barbara was a partner at Granit Capital, providing consulting services for companies in the CIS, and served as an advisor to the Chairman of a CIS-focused private equity firm, focusing on preparing a portfolio company for an IPO. Barbara's career began at Deloitte as a manager in the Strategy practice, advising prominent global companies on strategic initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from London Business School and a B.S. in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business.
