Shivani Sharma

Shivani Sharma began their work experience in 2017 as a Technical Recruiter at eTeam, where they provided high-volume staffing services across the U.S., Canada, and India. In 2018, they joined Artech L.L.C. as an Associate Recruiter in the Pharma division, later transitioning to the role of Technical Recruiter. At Artech, they gained experience in maximizing global workforce solutions for Fortune 500 and government clients. Most recently, Shivani is employed at LMG HealthCare as a Team Lead in the Healthcare sector. In this role, they are responsible for handling direct clients, managing requirements, and hiring new recruiters while specializing in fulfilling professional, non-IT, and healthcare needs.

Shivani Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from IAMR CCS University, Meerut in 2017. Shivani then went on to pursue their Master of Technology in Biotechnology from IAMR CCS University, Meerut, completing it in 2017 as well. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from Ingraham Institute English School, Ghaziabad in 2012 and their 10th grade from the same school in 2010.
