Luann Bearman

LuAnn Bearman is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in compliance and audit management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Accounting Compliance at LMI Aerospace, Inc. since June 2017, LuAnn oversees the SOX audit process, corporate tax compliance, and fixed asset accounting, along with managing payroll and related departments. LuAnn's prior roles at LMI include Accounting Compliance Manager and Sr. Accountant, where responsibilities encompassed tax provision calculations and SEC reporting. Additional experience includes positions as Audit Consultant at Jefferson Wells and Auditor at firms such as Bergman, Schraier & Co., MeraBank, and Price Waterhouse, engaging in diverse industries and developing policies for SOX compliance. LuAnn earned a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University between 1979 and 1981.
