Kimberley Gotts is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent management, and business leadership. In the current role as Associate Business Director and Head of People & Talent at LMP Group since September 2021, Kimberley has demonstrated expertise in strategic workforce planning and organizational development. Prior roles include Head of Specialist Services and Learning & Development Lead at LMP Education, as well as various human resources positions at Dardan Security and Wensum Valley Hotel Golf & Country Club Limited. Kimberley's career also spans significant leadership positions in the leisure and hospitality sectors, including Deputy General Manager at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc and Assistant Manager at Luminar Leisure.
