Nelius Els is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in management and design. Nelius has held the position of Engineering Manager at LMT Products (Pty) Ltd since 2017, following a tenure as Chief Engineer at the same company from January 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, Nelius served as a Design Engineer at Clifford Engineering from 2000 to 2002 and progressed through roles at LMT Products (Pty) Ltd, including Chief Design Engineer and Senior Design Engineer from 2002 to 2012.
