Shubham Gonde

Shubham Gonde is a skilled production engineer with significant experience in the manufacturing sector, currently employed at LMT Tools since March 2018. In this role, Shubham operates and monitors both soft and hard stage machines, including wire cut electric discharge machines, while ensuring quality production through careful interpretation of blueprints and regular equipment inspections. Previously, Shubham served as an apprentice at LMT Tools, gaining hands-on experience with hob manufacturing machines and precision operations in the tool room. Shubham also worked as a trainee engineer at Flash Electronics India Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included operating machinery in the magneto department and participating in quality control processes.
