Brent Frazier

Brent Frazier is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing and innovating engineering teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Engineering Leader for North America at LNS North America, Brent oversees mechanical and electrical design, R&D, and application engineering activities, while driving new product development aligned with business objectives. Previously, Brent held the role of Engineering Manager at Diversey, leading global R&D teams in dosing, dispensing, and packaging innovation, and was instrumental in launching sustainability initiatives. Brent's earlier experience includes significant roles at Caterpillar Inc., where Brent developed a corporate Digital NPI process and supervised teams in product introduction and improvement. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cedarville University.
