Julie Vlahou

Julie Vlahou has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Julie currently works as a Software Engineer at Light & Wonder - iGaming since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SG Digital from 2019 to 2022 as a Software Engineer. Julie also worked at Openbet Hellas as a Software Engineer Level 2 from 2018 to 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Software Engineer at Intralot, where they worked on developing new functionality and modules in the LOTOS OS gaming platform. Before that, they worked at Myrmex, Inc as a Software Engineer from 2016 to 2016. Additionally, Julie has experience as a Research Associate and Python Backend Developer at the Technical University of Crete, where they worked on various research projects from 2011 to 2015. Julie also has experience as a Software Development Engineer at the Technical University of Crete and the Mineral Resources Department on different projects. Julie started their career as a Web Developer and also worked as a Teacher at Public IEK of Chania. Julie Vlahou holds a Master's degree in Code generation tools and Network Simulation tools, which they obtained from the Technical University of Crete / Πολυτεχνείο Κρήτης from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering from 2003 to 2010 at the same institution, focusing on Distributed Systems, P2P Networks, and Network Congestion Management.
