Michael Carpenter

Michael Carpenter is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in brand development and design. As the Founder and CEO of Loaded For Bear since December 2012, Michael leads creative direction, business development, production, and account services, specializing in creating meaningful user experiences. Previously, as the Creative Services Director at ModCraft, Inc. from January 2013 to January 2020, Michael focused on brand integration and media outreach for various clients. Michael also served as Principal of Switch Creative from June 2002 to January 2014, where the design work garnered recognition at local and national award shows. Michael began their career as a Designer at Red Deluxe from January 2004 to June 2006, contributing to diverse design and production projects. Michael holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Memphis and has a background in studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
