Yanir Taflev

Yanir Taflev has over 14 years of professional experience in software engineering and solutions architecture. In 2007, they started their career with Genesis System House Ltd. as a Software Engineer, where they worked with C/C++/.net development. In 2010, they worked as a Software Engineer for Safend and G-CELL. In 2013, they founded Loca-to and served as the Chief Architect, where they initiated, designed, and built an MVP of a location-based online audio tour guide mobile application built in ASP.NET. Yanir also co-founded Somon.me, where they served as the Chief Architect. In 2014, they joined Applitools - Automated Visual Testing as the Head of Professional Services and Customer Success, where they led a global group of development solution architects and CSMs, and built and managed the group's talent acquisition and qualifications and training. In 2018, they became a Professional & Executive Consultant and Freelancer, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer. In 2021, they joined UP9, Inc. as the Principal Solutions Architect, and in 2022, they became the Head of Solutions Engineering for Loadmill.

Yanir Taflev attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2006, studying Computer Science. Yanir then attended The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Yanir also holds a certification as a Software Engineer.
