Sam Belt

Sam Belt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sam is currently working at Loadsmart as the Director - LTL Sales & Strategy since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ArcBest where they held multiple roles, including Director Enterprise Sales from September 2018 to September 2021, Account Manager from August 2015 to September 2018, and Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager from January 2014 to July 2015. Before their time at ArcBest, Sam worked as the Director of Coaching/Marketing for the Ringwood Hawks Basketball Association in Australia from March 2012 to December 2013. Sam also gained experience in the sports industry as an Assistant Basketball Coach at the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith from May 2011 to March 2012, and as an Assistant Basketball Coach at the University of Central Oklahoma from August 2009 to May 2011.

Sam Belt attended Broken Arrow High School from 2000 to 2003. Sam then went on to study at the University of Central Oklahoma, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from 2004 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Adult Education at the same university from 2010 to 2011.
