In 2013, Roman co-founded RealCrowd, an innovative online marketplace, where responsibilities included concept creation, fundraising, and sales team development, achieving significant success with $1 billion in transactions in the first operational year. Additionally, Roman served as VP of Business Development and Partnerships at Bold Payouts and was a partner at Palmer Capital Inc., contributing to the investment of $2 billion in commercial real estate assets.
