Ajit Yadwadkar

Ajit Yadwadkar has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 2008 as a software engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Ajit then worked at Wipro Technologies as a summer intern in 2012. Yadwadkar joined Bajaj Auto Ltd in 2013 as a management trainee in corporate HR before becoming an assistant manager in human resources. At Bajaj Auto, they handled HR business partner roles for supply chain, R&D, and plant functions and implemented automation in the performance management process. In 2015, Yadwadkar joined Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as a manager in organizational development and talent management before being promoted to senior manager in human resources. Ajit then moved to Brinton Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2019 as the general manager and head of HR, overseeing HR operations across India, Nepal, and Africa. Currently, Yadwadkar is the vice president and head of HR at LoanTap Financial Technologies, leading the HR team at this fintech startup focused on contemporary lending products for customers.

Ajit Yadwadkar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering from 2004 to 2008.

Before pursuing their engineering degree, Ajit attended Shri Radhakisan Lakshminarayan Toshniwal Science College in Akola from 2002 to 2004. Ajit'seducation journey began at Holy Cross Convent from 1990 to 2002, though specific degree names or fields of study were not provided for these two institutions.

In addition to their formal education, Ajit Yadwadkar has obtained various certifications. Ajit became a Certified Assessment Expert from Aon in April 2018. Ajit also received certifications in Behavioral Event Interviewing from Aon in June 2017, People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania in February 2017, and Neuro Linguistic Programming from Alphastars Academy of Excellence in September 2015.
