Nuno Alves

Nuno Alves has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Nuno began their career as a Software Developer, where they created Android native applications and developed REST APIs for smooth communication and data transfer. Nuno also utilized their backend development skills in Java, PHP, and C# to create efficient backends for websites and e-commerce. Nuno then advanced to the role of Chief Technology Officer at LOBA.cx, leading and managing a team of over 45 individuals. Nuno was instrumental in driving the company's technology direction and fostering innovation. During their time at LOBA.cx, Nuno also developed OOKEY, a revolutionary tool that seamlessly connects e-commerce platforms, clients, orders, products, stocks, and invoices to ERP and CRM systems. Additionally, Nuno has participated as a mentor and judge at Designathon, where they guided participants in developing their ideas and awarded prizes to the winners. Nuno has also been a speaker at ENEI - Encontro Nacional de Estudantes de Informática and has worked as a freelance software developer at Simoldes Plásticos and EDP. In the past, Nuno has also worked as a freelance web developer at E6 Brand.

Nuno Alves obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra, which they attended from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a CET - Nível V degree in Programming Technologies and Information Systems from CESAE, from 2006 to 2007.
