Geoff Small

Geoff Small has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Geoff began their career as a Business Analyst at Canwest, where they analyzed internal workflow processes and led teams in implementing profit-enhancing business plans. In 2009, they worked as an Associate in Equity Research at Macquarie Bank. Geoff then joined Citi, where they held positions as a Senior Associate and later as a Vice President in Equity Research. At Citi, they were responsible for fundamental research coverage of the North American retail sector and was recognized as an All-America Research Team Rising Star by Institutional Investor. Currently, Geoff is working at Loblaw Companies Limited, starting as a Senior Manager and progressing to Vice President. In their current role, they lead strategy and project initiatives within the company.

Geoff Small earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Economics and Marketing from McMaster University from 2003 to 2007. Geoff further pursued their education at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from 2008 to 2010.
