Glactin Graces

Glactin Graces is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at Loblaw Companies Limited since October 2020, Glactin has led multiple high-impact projects, including the replatforming of the PC Optimum Loyalty Program Data Platform and the establishment of a Patient Care Services data analytics solution. Prior to this, Glactin founded Basement Aspirations Ltd., guiding the development of a grocery price comparison mobile application and implementing various innovative data solutions. Additional experience includes positions at Adastra North America managing data analytics delivery and at Avaya India Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Operations and Process Manager. Glactin holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Aptech.
