Roy Bough

Roy Bough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and fulfillment strategy. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Online Grocery Fulfillment Operations at Loblaw Digital since October 2019, Roy focuses on fulfillment strategy, automation, and innovation within fulfillment services. Prior to this role, Roy spent over 16 years at Walmart, progressing through various positions including Senior Manager of Operations Innovation Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed developing a five-year operational improvement plan. Roy also held positions such as Manager of Operations Innovation Strategy, Manager of Backroom Operations Development, and Market Operations Specialist, emphasizing system solutions and process improvements across Canadian stores.
