Rob Henger

Rob Henger has a diverse work experience in the mortgage industry. Rob is currently serving as the President of Home Lending at Local Bank, where they lead a mortgage start-up within the bank. Rob is also actively engaged in the industry, serving on the Board of Directors for The Mortgage Collaborative and Chairman of the MBA Community Banking Network Group.

In addition, Rob is a Co-Founder of American Pledge Foundation LLC, where they are involved in developing the mortgage industry's first Down Payment Substitution Program. This program aims to provide financial stability and assistance to first-time homebuyers facing unexpected hardships.

Prior to their current roles, Rob was the SVP and Director of Mortgage Banking at FirstBank, where they oversaw various mortgage channels and helped grow the company's home lending department. Rob also had ownership of Henger Rast Mortgage Corp, a multi-state mortgage lender that was later acquired by FirstBank.

Rob started their career as a Mortgage Banker at various institutions, including SouthTrust Bank, Mortgage South, and First Federal Bank of Jasper AL.

Rob Henger completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Finance and MIS at Gettysburg College from 1986 to 1990.
