Rachel Foster

Rachel Foster possesses extensive experience in healthcare operations, currently serving as the Director of Operational Service Transformation at Locala Health & Wellbeing since February 2016, having previously held the position of Assistant Director of Operations. Prior roles include Head of Operations for Integrated Adult Services and Community Services Manager at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Rachel's career in community health began at Barnsley PCT, where positions included Business Manager and Primary Care Development Manager. Educationally, Rachel earned a Master of Science in Advanced Professional Development from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Leeds.
