Jo Marmont has extensive experience in HR leadership roles. They started their career as a Human Resources Manager at Zeacom, where they were responsible for creating and executing the global HR plan and strategy. They then worked at MYOB BankLink as a Human Resources Manager, where they designed and implemented the HR plan and strategy. They later joined 2degrees Mobile as a Talent Operations Manager, playing a key role in operational HR management and leading the HR strategy for talent acquisition and onboarding. After that, Jo Marmont became the Head of Human Resources & General Affairs at Samsung New Zealand, where they oversaw the people plan and strategy aligned with global direction. Their most recent role was at LocaliQ Australia & New Zealand, where they served as the HR Director of People & Culture and then the Head of Human Resources for the New Zealand division. Jo Marmont has a track record of driving HR initiatives and creating engaged and empowered working environments.
