Hadar Maissi

Hadar Maissi has extensive experience working in HR roles. Hadar has held positions such as VP of Human Resources at Localize.city, Director of HR at Datorama and Sizmek, and Director of HR at Sizmek (formerly MediaMind). Before that, they worked as a Director of HR at 3i-MIND, where they were responsible for HR functions such as talent acquisition and talent management. Hadar also has experience as an HR Specialist at Eyeblaster, where they oversaw global talent acquisition processes and collaborated with an organizational consultant to develop training programs. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Recruitment Department and a Junior Recruiter & Account Manager at Hever ITR.

Hadar Maissi completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in International Relations and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This education was undertaken from 2000 to 2003.

In 2007, Hadar Maissi pursued further education at The College of Management Academic Studies, where they obtained a Master's degree (M.A) in Organizational Development. Hadar completed this program in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Hadar Maissi has obtained various certifications. These include a certification in 360-Degree Feedback, Mindfulness, Creating a Culture of Change, Creating a Leadership Development Program, Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, Leadership Blind Spots, Leading Change (2013), Managing Experienced Managers, Managing High Performers, and Managing High Potentials. These certifications were received from LinkedIn, with the most recent ones being obtained in December 2018 and January 2019.
