Spencer Culp P.e.

Spencer Culp, P.E. is a Project Engineer I at Lochmueller Group since October 2021, specializing in bridge design and documentation, bridge hydraulics, and building component design. Prior experience includes serving as a Structural Engineering Associate at Troyer Group, where Spencer designed various building components and performed construction inspections on Toll Road bridges. Spencer has coaching experience in boys basketball at both NorthWood High School and Northwood Middle School. Earlier internships involved bridge component design and surveying at Butler, Fairman and Seufert, Inc. and Lawson-Fisher Associates, P.C. Spencer holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Purdue University. Additionally, Spencer is a certified INDOT Utility Coordinator and UAS (Drone) operator.
