Amanda Weissman is a seasoned professional in engineering and leadership, currently serving as a Global Ambassador at the Society of Women Engineers since September 2004, where Amanda has held various leadership roles including Senator and Mid-Atlantic Region Governor. Amanda has been with Lockheed Martin since April 2017, holding positions such as AIR6500 Systems Integration and Test Engineer Principal and Aegis Combat System Design Product Architect, leading technical teams and representing Lockheed Martin at SWE events. Prior experience includes roles at Comcast and SevOne, focusing on product management and technical program management, respectively. Amanda holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Materials Science and Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
