Nisha Upadhyay

Nisha Upadhyay has over 20 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Associate Talent Acquisition Manager for Space at Lockheed Martin since August 2015, Nisha leads a team focused on onboarding and interview processes. Prior roles include Global Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Recruiter within Lockheed Martin’s RMS, where Nisha managed full-cycle recruiting for technical positions and developed strategies for critical roles. Nisha's career began at CREST INDIA and includes significant positions at Denave India Pvt. Ltd, Onyx Infosoft, and IQ Tech Pros, demonstrating a strong competency in team leadership and strategic sourcing. Nisha holds a BA in Political Science from Delhi University, an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Delhi Institute of Computer Science, and completed Six Sigma Green Belt training at KPMG.
