Jessica Oster

Jessica Oster has a strong background in contracting and policy roles within the United States Air Force and United States Space Force. Jessica has experience in various leadership positions, including Chief of Operations Branch and Chief of Policy and Clearance Division. Jessica has managed staff operations, coordinated workflow and policies, and provided oversight and direction for contracting offices. Additionally, they have served as a Contracts Manager, handling awards and post-award administration. Jessica has worked on a range of contracts, including those related to space operations, nuclear weapons, and virtual flag sorties. Jessica'sroles have involved managing multi-million dollar contracts and leading negotiation teams. Currently, they are serving as the Policy and Programs Team Lead at the United States Space Force, providing acquisition support and managing contract programs.

Jessica Oster earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the United States Air Force Academy in 2011. Jessica later completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Conflict and Negotiation Management from Trident University International in 2017.
