Stephanie C. Hill is executive vice president of Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) for Lockheed Martin Corporation. RMS is a $16 billion gross enterprise employing 34,000 people across the globe, with approximately 10 percent in Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, United Kingdom and other countries.
The RMS solution-portfolio delivers operationally and economically effective solutions across multiple warfighting domains. It features more than 1,000 programs, including helicopters, integrated air and missile defense, littoral warfare, undersea warfare, radar, electronic warfare, cyber solutions, C4ISR, and training and logistics systems. RMS enables a range of key customer missions ranging from the seafloor to space. RMS supports the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and Missile Defense Agency, as well as intelligence, civil, commercial and international military customers.
During her time with Lockheed Martin, Ms. Hill has held positions of increasing responsibility including: senior vice president of Enterprise Business Transformation; deputy executive vice president of RMS; senior vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development; vice president and general manager of Cyber, Ships and Advanced Technologies; vice president and general manager of the Information Systems and Global Solutions Civil business; vice president of Corporate Internal Audit; and vice president and general manager of the Mission Systems and Sensors business.
Ms. Hill is a member of the Board of Directors of S&P Global and the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she graduated with high honors from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Economics; the university also recognized her with an honorary doctorate in 2017. Deeply committed to the development of others, she mentors many students and Lockheed Martin professionals and is a champion for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education.
