Zachary Willie started their work experience in 2000 at Hill PHOENIX as an Industrial Engineer. Zachary then moved on to become a Lean Manufacturing Lead for the company before transitioning into the role of Manufacturing Engineer / Project Manager. In 2006, they joined Circuit City as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and implementing large capital projects. Since 2007, Zachary has been working at LockNet, initially as the Director of Construction National Accounts and later as the Chief Operations Officer. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and leading project teams for various initiatives. Zachary fostered a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and achieved significant cost and time savings through process improvements.
Zachary Willie pursued their education in a diligent and progressive manner. Zachary commenced their academic journey in 1995 at Virginia Tech, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering. During their time there, they specialized in Industrial and Systems Engineering, acquiring valuable knowledge and skills in this field. After a successful five-year stint at Virginia Tech, Zachary went on to further enhance their educational qualifications in 2005. Zachary enrolled at Virginia Commonwealth University and dedicated four years to earning their MBA degree in Business. This academic pursuit allowed him to deepen their understanding of the business world and equipped him with the necessary expertise to excel in this domain. Throughout their educational journey, Zachary's commitment and perseverance are evident, ensuring a solid foundation for their future endeavors.
