Tasha Lyons, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Tasha has held various HR roles in different companies, demonstrating their ability to adapt and effectively contribute to different organizational needs.

Tasha's most recent role is as a Human Resources Director at Lockstep Technology Group, where they have been since July 2023. Prior to this, they were a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from August 2021 to July 2023.

Before joining Lockstep Technology Group, Tasha worked at Diamond National Realty as a People Operations Manager from June 2020 to August 2021. In this role, they built the entire People Operations department from scratch, implementing new policies and procedures, HRIS, and handling all aspects of People Operations. Tasha also streamlined the onboarding process and improved employee satisfaction.

In these roles, they supported up to 500 employees across multiple departments and implemented various HR initiatives, such as improving the IT asset procurement process and enhancing tracking systems.

Prior to that, from February 2018 to January 2019, Tasha worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. Their responsibilities included payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.

Tasha's career started as a Human Resources Intern at Rogers Electric from May 2017 to December 2017, where they gained experience in various HR functions and took the initiative to train and guide new interns.

Tasha also has experience as an Event Manager at Events by Dezine from October 2016 to December 2017 and as a Bank Teller at Regions Bank from August 2015 to August 2016.

Tasha Lyons, SHRM-CP, earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Georgia, attending from 2013 to 2017. In November 2019, they obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from The University of Georgia. Tasha achieved their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation in February 2020 through the institution SHRM. Additionally, they obtained a Notary Public certification from Gwinnett County in April 2019.
