Cristina Vargas

Cristina Vargas is a bilingual benefits communication specialist currently at BCI Insourcing since May 2017 and has also held the position of bilingual benefits enroller at Lockton Affinity since June 2016. Prior experience includes working as a benefits specialist at Mylo from May 2016 to May 2018 and as a bilingual quality control specialist at Birch Communications from February 2012 to February 2016, where responsibility included monitoring sales calls and coaching vendors' sales representatives. Cristina began a career in insurance at Uriarte Insurance Group, overseeing daily operations for an agency with 3,000 policies in force from October 2007 to February 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from MidAmerica Nazarene University, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
