Mathew Bond

Mathew Bond is a seasoned tax insurance professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Tax Insurance at Lockton since January 2020, where responsibilities include brokering tax liability insurance for domestic and international transactions. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager at PwC from May 2014 to January 2020, advising privately owned businesses on tax issues affecting personal and corporate matters. Additionally, Mathew worked at Mazars from July 2005 to May 2014 as a Tax Advisor, overseeing the Manchester private client team and leading a national initiative on personal tax delivery reform. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Revenue Officer at HM Revenue & Customs and co-founding a partnership for website and media package design after receiving a start-up grant from the Princes Trust. Mathew holds numerous qualifications in tax law and management from prestigious institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Chartered Management Institute.
