Neil Metzheiser

Neil Metzheiser is the Executive Vice President at Lockton Companies. Neil has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Neil started their career at American International Group where they spent eight years as a Vice President. In 2000, they moved to Hobbs Group where they became the Managing Director. Neil was responsible for the Mergers & Acquisitions and Risk Finance Practice.

In 2004, Neil joined Lockton Companies (Atlanta & Southeast Series) as a Producer and Sales Leader. Neil was responsible for business development and client retention. Neil also led the Hobbs integration team during and post-consummation for the Hobbs-HRH merger.

From October 2007 to June 2019, Neil served as a Board Member for Junior Achievement of Georgia. In their role, they helped shape the organization’s strategy and provided guidance on financial literacy programs for students.

Neil Metzheiser's educational career began with a B.A. in Management/Finance from Gettysburg College. Neil then went on to earn their MBA from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
