Stephen Gilbreath

Stephen Gilbreath has extensive work experience in the engineering industry. Stephen started their career in 1995 as a Coastal Engineer at T. Baker Smith, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they joined Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) as a Water Resources Team Leader. Over the years, they held various roles at LAN, including Vice President and Director of Water Conveyance, Vice President and Business Group Director, and currently serves as the Chief Operation Officer. Stephen'sresponsibilities at LAN include managing and overseeing infrastructure projects related to water and wastewater, ports and marine, municipal infrastructure, stormwater management, and flood control throughout the U.S. Stephen Gilbreath has expertise in pipeline and pump station design, hydraulic modeling, pipeline condition assessment, and rehabilitation, as well as water supply and distribution projects.

Stephen Gilbreath received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Maritime Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1993. Stephen then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering at the same university, which they completed in 1995.
