Bill Shugart

Bill Shugart is the Founder of Locol Arts and BillS Designs. With experience in business development and consulting roles at Wendover Art Group and Riot Creative Imaging, Bill also had an apprenticeship at Qui Studios. Prior to this, Bill held various account management positions at ARC Document Solutions and worked as an Online Marketing Assistant and Customer Service Representative at Teak Isle Manufacturing. Bill started their career as an Intern at DBG Promotions and served as a Waterskiing Counselor and Team Leader at Camp Leelanau. Additionally, Bill managed a freelance fiberglass repair shop before earning their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics and an emphasis in Studio Art from Rollins College.
