Amrita Cheema

Amrita Cheema's work experience includes their current role as Head HR - Global SaaS at LocoNav Inc. starting in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mahindra Comviva as the Global Head Business HR, Talent Acquisition from August 2013 to April 2017. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager, HR at EXL (Decision Analytics) from November 2006 to July 2013, where they were responsible for People Strategy at Decision Analytics. Amrita began their career at GlobalLogic as an Executive, HR from June 2004 to November 2006, where they established and streamlined HR policies and processes.

Amrita Cheema completed an Executive Business Management Program at the Asian Institute of Management from 2012 to 2013. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued a PGDM (PM&HR) at the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, specializing in Human Resources. Additionally, during the same period, they obtained a Masters in Labour Law & Law Welfare (MLL & LW) from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY. Furthermore, Amrita has earned certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from HRCI and completed Situational Leadership SLII Certification Training from The Ken Blanchard Companies. Amrita also holds a Talent Management Certification as a Certified Talent Manager from The Talent Strategy Group.
