Hallam Ford

Hallam Ford's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. Hallam started their career in 1992 as an Army Officer in the British Army. After serving for 8 years, they joined the UAE MoD as a Programme and Capability Developer, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, Hallam joined Rheinmetall Defence as a Regional Director, responsible for sales and projects. After a year, they took a career break and sabbatical. In 2016, they joined Locstat Systems as the COO, leading various aspects of the company including leadership, operations, growth, product, people, projects, process, and effectiveness.

Hallam Ford attended St Georges College from 1986 to 1991, where they completed their secondary education. In 1993 and 1994, they enrolled at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where they focused on Leadership and Management. Later, Hallam pursued further education in Project Management at the Association for Project Management, although specific dates and details are not provided.
