Shea Shaw

Shea Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shea started their career as an Independent Sales Consultant at Mary Kay Cosmetics in 2002 and worked there until 2005. From 2003 to 2007, Shea worked as a Sales Associate at Classical Photography. In 2007, they joined LocumTenens.com as a Research Consultant and gradually progressed through roles such as Assistant Manager, Manager, and ultimately became the Managing Director of the Account Representative Team until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Corporate Recruiter at LocumTenens.com, overseeing job postings and candidate sourcing. Shea's most recent role at LocumTenens.com is as the Talent Acquisition Manager/Managing Partner, a position they have held since 2015. In February 2022, Shea Shaw assumed the position of Director - Talent Acquisition/Managing Partner at LocumTenens.com, where they continue to contribute their expertise in talent acquisition.

Shea Shaw earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Richard's College of Business from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, Shea also studied Business with a focus on Marketing at the University of West Georgia from 2000 to 2006.
