Kelly Ireland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kelly is currently working at Nike as the Senior Director of Consumer Creation Strategy since May 2022, and previously served as the Senior Director of Global Strategy from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to Nike, Kelly co-founded Locus Mobility in January 2022 and is currently involved in the role of Co-Founder. Kelly also co-founded WashLB in March 2016 and held that position until December 2021. Kelly has a strong background in business strategy, working at Accenture from August 2012 to April 2021 in various roles including Business Strategy Senior Manager, Business Strategy Manager, and Senior Business Strategy Consultant. Before Accenture, they founded Intern Suites in December 2011 and worked as the Founder until May 2013. Kelly gained early career experience as an MBA intern in Humira Rheumatology Consumer Marketing at Abbott Laboratories from May 2011 to August 2011. Kelly had earlier worked at Accenture as a Strategy Consultant from December 2007 to May 2010 and as a Business Strategy Analyst from June 2005 to November 2007.
Kelly Ireland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Ursinus College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Kelly then went on to pursue their MBA in General Management at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 2010 to 2012.
