Shiva Kumar

Shiva Kumar has a strong background in technical account management and customer success. Shiva is currently working at Locus as a Senior Technical Account Manager, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Technical Account Manager - Customer success at Locus from February 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Locus, Shiva worked at Klaus IT Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Technical Account Manager from March 2018 to January 2022. Shiva also has experience as a Senior Product Support Engineer at Replicon from April 2016 to January 2017.
