Vaishnavi Bhaskaran

Vaishnavi Bhaskaran has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Vaishnavi is currently working at Locus as a Legal Director since May 2022. Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at Spectrum Legal from June 2015 to May 2022, where they served as a Partner. In this role, they headed the Corporate-Commercial and Employment Law practice verticals, catering to a wide range of clients in various sectors. Vaishnavi was responsible for handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, financing, and contractual matters. Vaishnavi also provided legal advice on employment issues and drafted various agreements and policies.

Before joining Spectrum Legal, Vaishnavi worked as an Independent Practitioner from June 2013 to May 2015. Previously, they worked at Poovayya & Co., Advocates & Solicitors as an Associate from November 2011 to May 2013, and at Krishnamurthy & Co. as an Associate from July 2010 to October 2011.

Vaishnavi Bhaskaran completed their primary and secondary education at The Army Public School in Pune from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a degree in Corporate Law at the National Law University in Jodhpur from 2005 to 2010.
