Mark Leech has a diverse work experience in the security industry. Mark started working as a Senior Supervisor at Churchill Security Ltd in September 2011 and stayed in that role until April 2012. Mark then joined EB Systems in April 2012 as a Mobile Response Supervisor for a few months before moving to Endeavour Security in August 2012 for the same role. In August 2013, Mark joined Lodge Service as a Patrol, Response & Key Holding Account Supervisor and held that position until June 2017. Mark was then promoted to Patrol & Response Area Manager and remained in that role until December 2018. From there, they became the Operations Manager for Keyholding, Patrol & Alarm Response until April 2021 when they were promoted to Regional Manager UK. Currently, Mark is the Head of National Operations - Mobile Response Division at Lodge Service starting from January 2022.

Mark Leech attended The College Of Haringely, Enfield & North East London from 2015 to 2016, where they studied Management. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Hawkley Hall High School from 1991 to 1996. Mark also holds a BTEC Level 3 in Management, although the institution and date of obtaining this certification are not provided.
