Wei Xia

Wei Xia has extensive work experience in the technology industry. From 1998 to 2003, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Siebel Systems. In 2003, they became the President of AllSphere, where they built and managed a consulting team and formed alliances with major companies. In 2011, Wei Xia joined DerbySoft as the VP of Innovation, where they developed machine learning products and successfully sold and implemented their MetaSearch Manager for major hotel chains. In 2021, they took on multiple roles, including Co-Chair of the AWS Cloud Computing CIO Forum and Associate Vice President at Agoda, overseeing partner services in Greater China. Currently, Wei Xia serves as the Chief Information Officer at LodgingIQ.

Wei Xia has an MBA in Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. They also have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Fudan University. Additionally, Wei Xia has obtained several certifications in various fields, including data science, natural language processing, and deep learning, through Coursera and other institutions.
