Deepak Chitnis

Deepak Chitnis has over two decades of experience in architecture and design, currently serving as Head of Design at LODHA Group since February 2007, leading a team of architects, engineers, and designers in delivering landmark residential and commercial projects while ensuring value engineering for optimal profitability. Prior to this role, Deepak held the position of Senior Architect at Oberoi Realty from January 2004 to January 2007, focusing on design and execution for high-stakes projects and catering to HNI clients. Deepak co-founded Collage Design Pvt. Ltd. in January 1996, after working as an Architect at RJBA, where foundational professional skills were developed. Deepak holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from Sir J J College of Architecture.
