Brandon Holder is vice president of tax for Loews Corporation.
Brandon has overall responsibility for all aspects of the company's global tax matters, including planning, policy, compliance and controversy. He joined Loews in 2007 as corporate tax counsel.
Previously Brandon practiced with Sidley Austin in New York from 2001 to 2007.
Brandon graduated from Duke University with an A.B. in English and received a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
