Stephanie Bailis

Stephanie Bailis is an accomplished professional in fashion design with extensive experience at ANN INC, where roles have included Director of Design and Senior Manager of Design Development since February 2015. Prior to this, Stephanie was a Designer for Cut and Sew Knits at Macy's Merchandising Group from July 2007 to January 2015. Earlier career highlights include internships at Erin Fetherston, Madewell, Osh Kosh B'Gosh, and Abercrombie & Fitch, as well as a foundational internship at Theory. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2002 and 2007.
